19C CAPSULES are an aid to sleep, mental awareness and calming the mind. Best taken in the evening with a soothing drink such as warm milk. When milk is heated, the lactose inside it acts as a mild sedative, helping one sleep, do not boil. You could also add a pinch of nutmeg but not to much as large quantities can have a psychotropic effect. Best taken in conjunction with L'Essence de Vie.
