Spay on lightly just enough to wet the Sarcoid and repeat to keep it moist or whenever you can. Some large Sarcoids take quite a time to go but one of the things that have been reported is when you have got rid of them with PNX they are unlikely to return. The spray makes it easy just a touch of the button.
