Action - Feed Sweet Minerals for a month before service if following a period barren ensuring the mare is on a rising plane of nutrition just prior. Continue feeding until grazing is plentiful or if there is a known mineral deficiency in the forage. Start feeding Seagarden Steelforce Minerals or Seagarden Steelforce mixture (if grazing is short or dried out) in the last trimester of gestation and during suckling to both the mare and foal in conjunction with good roughage and cereal if necessary. Feed Concepta for the month before serving and for the first month of gestation. Feed in the last month of gestation until foaling.
