COMPETITION (Starting)
Action - When starting training for active competition add a little 60:40 Oats & Flaked Maize a couple of days after increasing work to the auxiliary roughage and Sweet Minerals or Ashva Mitra 85. If condition is hard to maintain, substitute some of the cereal with some Goldenmeal 5104. Ensure Electros is fed after sweating this is especially important if sweat is of a creamy consistency which it maybe at the outset of extra training.
