Action – Introduce Cooler Salts, gradually to start with, mixing them with the regular bucket feed. Where possible Cooler Salts can be placed in a convenient, dry, regularly cleaned, rust free receptacle every day so that the horse can have access to them on a free choice basis. Feed Cooler salts whilst itching prevails at one to two spoonfuls per day. Cooler Salts help facilitate free circulation by removing congestion and improving the quality of blood whilst helping to maintain hydration and freedom from non-parasitic skin irritation.
