VN10 helps regulate inappropriate hormonal activity acting on the anterior pituitary gland, reducing FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and increasing LSH (Luteum-stimulating hormone) - Stimulates the production of Progesterone but reduces that of Oestrogen. It is also known for its anti-inflammatory and natural anti-biotic properties. Vitex is safe and there are no known counter indications as to its use. VN10 is also available in powder form.
